Our Practitioners

Dr Mario Vinci
BSc (Chiropractic), B.ClinChiro
Principal Chiropractor
Hi, I’m Dr Mario. I’m a chiropractor who focuses on finding the real reason your body is struggling, not just where it hurts.
I take a whole-body approach, looking at how you move, recover and handle stress, then creating a personalised plan to help you move better, feel better and stay better long term.
After more than 10 years working across Australia, I’ve seen that most people don’t need more quick fixes, they need a clear plan and the right support. That’s what we aim to provide here at Northbridge Chiropractic.
Nicola Colebrook PTY LTD
Hi, I’m Nicola, and I’m passionate about helping people understand that daily pain and stiffness isn’t something you should just have to live with.
After dealing with chronic headaches myself, I know how much pain can affect your energy, mood and daily life. That experience led me into chiropractic and shaped how I care for patients today.
I focus on understanding why the body is struggling in the first place, not just where it hurts. My goal is to help you move better, feel better and get back to living your life, not just getting through the day.
Outside the clinic, I love reading, spending time with my husband and our dog Oakley and being an overly enthusiastic aunty.

Frequently Ask Questions
Chiropractic care in Perth | simple answers to common questions
1. What does a chiropractor do?
- A chiropractor looks at how your body moves and functions as a whole. This includes your posture, joints, muscles, and nervous system. At Northbridge Chiropractic, we focus on understanding what may be contributing to your symptoms, not just where it hurts.
2. Can chiropractic help with back or neck pain?
- Many people visit for back discomfort, neck tension, headaches, or stiffness. Chiropractic care may help support how your body moves and manages daily load, which can play a role in how these issues show up. A proper assessment helps guide what’s appropriate for you.
3. Why does my pain keep coming back?
- Pain often isn’t the starting point. Things like posture, work habits, stress, and movement patterns build up over time. If those don’t change, the body can return to the same pattern. That’s why we focus on long-term changes, not just short-term relief.
4. What happens at your first chiropractic appointment?
Your first visit is about understanding your situation.
We’ll go through:
- Your history
- How your body is moving
- What may be contributing
We then explain what we’re seeing and what your options are.
5. Do I need ongoing chiropractic care?
- Care is always your choice. Some people come in for short-term support. Others choose ongoing care to stay consistent and support their long-term health. We guide you, but you decide what fits your life.
6. Is chiropractic care safe?
- Chiropractic care is widely used to support movement and function. We take the time to assess properly and tailor care to the individual. If something isn’t suitable, we’ll let you know.
7. Do you need X-rays?
- Not always. We only consider imaging if it’s clinically appropriate and helps guide care. In many cases, a thorough assessment is enough.
8. I already stretch and exercise, why am I still tight?
- Tightness isn’t always about needing more stretching. It can be your body responding to how you move, sit, or manage stress. If the underlying pattern stays the same, the tightness often returns.
9. Can I keep working or exercising?
- In most cases, yes. We aim to keep you moving while adjusting how much load your body is handling.
10. How do I book a chiropractor in Perth?
- You can book online at a time that suits you. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re happy to guide you through the process.
